Fog

January 18, 2013 by Lucy Robinson in Poetry

fog, a poem. lucymillerrobinson.com Fog.

A bride's white veil

Gray as marriage

Blinding like love.

Smoke from a fire

A fire in heaven

While our eyes were closed.

Kissing trees

Obscuring illusion

Keeping us from one another.

On the other side

A storm brews

Cut with time.

Earth becomes a dream

Water turns ethereal

I stay home.
